Morgan’s Rock is a high-end eco-lodge located on the south-western coast of Nicaragua. Morgan’s Rock specializes in hosting couples, families, and groups in an immersive, locally inspired, well-being experience, reconnecting guests with themselves, each other, and nature.
The aim of Morgan’s Rock is to offer superior services to its target audiences both locally and globally, and expand market awareness of its unique suite of services that offer high quality experiences for overall relaxation and well-being, while supporting the local community and nature.
As part of this vision, the company aims to develop an innovative marketing and sales growth strategy and new internal division for the company and such growth.
CREOVISIO is excited to support the creation of a marketing and sales growth strategy for Morgan’s Rock.
This proposal outlines an approach for developing such growth strategy for current Morgan’s Rock products, and establishes a foundation for future product expansion and overall growth from the company.

Based on the strategic growth road map, teams will design a path for building the internal teams and marketing for agreed deliverables, and may include: Brand exercises and communications design, events strategies, group retreats strategies, marketing packages for daily, weekend, and group packages, promotional initiatives, traditional and digital data technology supported marketing, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, graphics designs, and materials, and operational support for hotel and villa websites and Airbnb engines, as well as all supporting marketing, sales, and operating systems and teams.
This work results in several options for discussion and selection by division and company leaders. Selected path(s) are refined until ready to move forward.

Build
Build selected path operational processes, supporting marketing and sales materials and processes, team members, and prepare for market testing.

$200 / hour service exchange for room + commission on gross profit from sales

General Terms
CREOVISIO understands the long-term collaboration and is interested in collaborating into helping establish a marketing and operational foundation for events, retreats, and marketing at Morgan’s Rock properties that will support mutual growth. In addition to the exchange, CREOVISIO will receive a performance based commission on gross profit generated on agreed Morgan’s Rock projects. This exchange will exist for 4 months minimum, then ongoing, covering two projects:
Project 1: Strategic Road Map Development
Designing a strategic growth road map for implementation as
defined above for Morgan’s Rock growth objectives.
Project 2: Strategic Road Map Implementation
Implementation of agreed strategic road map deliverables.
Projects will be governed by a Statement of Work document that outlines the project(s) timing, deliverables, and terms. Projects may run concurrently or in sequence, as agreed.
A regular check-in meeting with Morgan’s Rock team will take place at least every 2 weeks to ensure progress.
Additional expenses will be submitted for approval beforehand, and will be invoiced separately from fees.
Teams and Resources
Proposed work assumes a 2-3 person team with the following core members:

Where needed, additional supporting team members and subject matter experts will execute specific tasks at no cost to Morgan’s Rock. This does not include additional and internal sales, marketing, and operational team members, software fees, and marketing experts/services.
