Overview
Cantarana and El Manglar are boutique hotels located on the western coast of Costa Rica, in Palm Beach Estates, Playa Grande, specializing in hosting single travelers, couples, families, and groups in an immersive, locally inspired, holistic experience, reconnecting guests with themselves, each other, and nature.
The aim of Cantarana and El Manglar is to offer superior services to it’s target audiences both locally and globally, and expand market awareness of its unique suite of services that offer high quality experiences for overall well-being, while supporting the local community and nature.
As part of this vision, the company aims to develop an innovative marketing and sales growth strategy to enhance it's existing infrastructure into all it can be.
Having helped businesses in the United States since 1998, and currently working in the US, Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, Nicaragua, and soon, Costa Rica, CREOVISIO is excited to support the creation of a growth strategy for Cantarana and El Manglar.
This proposal outlines an approach for developing a growth strategy for current company products and branding, and establishes a foundation for future product expansion and overall growth from the company.

Based on the strategic growth road map, teams will design a path for building the internal teams and marketing initiatives, and may include: New branding and storytelling, core messaging, growth strategies, content and media development, mobile-optimized websites and supporting SEO, Airbnb marketing enhancement, guest experience guides, new group retreats strategies, promotional initiatives, marketing packages for daily, weekend, and group packages, data-technology driven digital marketing support, strategic partnerships, designs, and materials.
This Strategic Design work results in several options for discussion and selection by company leaders. Selected path(s) are refined until ready to move forward.

Build
Build selected path operational processes, supporting marketing and sales materials and processes, team members, and prepare for market testing.

General Terms
CREOVISIO understands the long-term collaboration potential and is willing to invest at a discounted hourly rate + service exchange towards helping establish an enhanced marketing foundation, and potentially help with ongoing marketing and operational process oversight to support mutual growth.
This exchange will exist for 2 months minimum, then ongoing, covering two projects:
Project 1: Strategic Road Map Development
Designing a strategic growth road map for implementation as
defined above for agreed growth objectives.
Project 2: Strategic Road Map Implementation
Development and launch of agreed strategic initiatives.
Projects will be governed by a Statement of Work document that outlines the Project timing, deliverables, and terms. Projects may run concurrently or in sequence, as agreed.

A regular check-in meeting with teams will take place at least every 2 weeks to ensure progress.
Additional expenses will be submitted for approval beforehand, and will be invoiced separately from fees.

Proposed work assumes a 1-2 person team with the following core members:

Where needed, additional supporting team members and subject matter experts will execute specific tasks at no additional cost. This does not include internal sales, marketing, and operational team members, software fees, and marketing experts/services to execute agreed projects.
