Overview
Sacred LIghts Collective (aka. Dr. Kate) is a unique online community platform looking to take a multi-disciplinary background and apply it towards growing from 1:1 services into community services that helps individuals in areas of spirituality, awakening, wellness, overall well-being. This will happen through live and recorded classes, workshops, and events, serviced via an agency agency of service providers.
The aim of Sacred Lights's vision is to take an existing infrastructure of 1:1 services from Dr. Kate, and growing it through strategic digital sales and marketing services into community centered services from supporting team members.
As part of this vision, the company aims to develop an innovative marketing and sales growth strategy to build and enhance it's existing infrastructure into all it can be.
Having helped dozens of online and lifestyle businesses in the United States since 1998, and currently working in the US, Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, Nicaragua, and soon, Costa Rica, CREOVISIO is excited to support the creation of a growth strategy for Delvin worldwide.
This proposal outlines an approach for developing a growth strategy for the company's current vision, and establishes a foundation for future expansion and overall growth.

Based on the strategic growth road map, teams will design a path for building the inbound sales and marketing initiatives, and may include: New storytelling, core messaging, growth strategies, content strategy design, funnel system development, digital ecosystem development, digital events strategy, strategic partnerships and business development, and advisory oversight.
This Strategic Design work results in several options for discussion and selection by company leaders. Selected path(s) are refined until ready to move forward.

General Terms
CREOVISIO understands the long-term collaboration potential and is willing to structure an arrangement for a staged approach where after the initial 2 months parties may assess deliverables and potential for ongoing growth collaboration.
This exchange will exist for 2-3 months as outlined above, then ongoing if desired, covering two main projects:
Project 1: Strategic Road Map Development
Designing a strategic growth road map for implementation as
defined above for agreed growth objectives.
Project 2: Strategic Road Map Implementation
Development and launch of agreed strategic initiatives.
Projects will be governed by a Statement of Work document that outlines the project timing, deliverables, and terms. Projects may run concurrently or in sequence, as agreed.
A regular check-in meeting with teams will take place at least every 2 weeks to ensure progress.
Any additional expenses will be submitted for approval beforehand, and will be invoiced separately from fees.

Proposed work assumes a 3-4 person team with the following core members:
