Overview
Constantin Dietrict (aka. Tino) is a unique entrepreneur looking to take a multi-disciplinary background and applying it towards creating a lifestyle brand that sparks conscious connection through communication for individuals, couples, and companies.
The aim of Tino's vision is to spark a movement that is first grounded in content distribution to establish a marketplace, which grows into coaching and consulting services, courses, books, events, and more.
As part of this vision, the company aims to develop an innovative marketing and sales growth strategy to build and enhance it's existing infrastructure into all it can be.
Having helped dozens of online and lifestyle businesses in the United States since 1998, and currently working in the US, Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, Nicaragua, and soon, Costa Rica, CREOVISIO is excited to support the creation of a growth strategy for Tino.
This proposal outlines an approach for developing a growth strategy for company's current vision, and establishes a foundation for future product expansion and overall growth.

General Terms
CREOVISIO understands the long-term collaboration potential and is willing to structure an arrangement for after the initial 2 months that decreases monthly guarantees and incentivizes growth collaboration with a commission on revenue for the long term vision and ongoing management support needed.
This exchange will exist for 2 months minimum, then ongoing, covering two projects:
Project 1: Strategic Road Map Development
Designing a strategic growth road map for implementation as
defined above for agreed growth objectives.
Project 2: Strategic Road Map Implementation
Development and launch of agreed strategic initiatives.
Projects will be governed by a Statement of Work document that outlines the Project timing, deliverables, and terms. Projects may run concurrently or in sequence, as agreed.

A regular check-in meeting with teams will take place at least every 2 weeks to ensure progress.
Additional expenses will be submitted for approval beforehand, and will be invoiced separately from fees.
Teams and Resources
Proposed work assumes a 3-4 person team with the following core members:

Where needed, additional supporting team members and subject matter experts will execute specific tasks at no additional cost. This does not include internal sales, marketing, and operational team members, software fees, and marketing experts/services to execute agreed projects.
